Typical Discussion Topics:
Recruiting, Onboarding, Training & Development, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Separation, Alumni Relations.
Typical Company Size:
Between 50 – 500 employees.
Meeting Times:
1st Tuesday of the month from 12:30 – 1:30pm CST. No meetings in July and December.
CI COMMUNITY GROUP
Typical Roles & Responsibilities:
Mfg. or Ind. Engineers, Lean/CI/OpEx Specialists with 5+ years’ experience and have completed Lean Practitioner, 6 Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent training.
Typical Discussion Topics:
Kaizen events, Waste Walks, Problem Solving, Change Management, Bottlenecks, 5S, Quick Wins, A3 & DMAIC Projects.

Between 50 – 500 employees.

Operations leaders and managers responsible for production, performance, and improvement, typically with 5+ years of experience and a foundation in Lean or Six Sigma.
